Returns and Exchange Policy

Keep what you love. Return what you don’t.

We offer a full refund of your purchase (shipping charges if any are non-refundable) within 30 days of your delivery in the original packaging of any products that were unused, unwashed and in a re-sale condition.

ONLY in the event of a manufacturer defect, we will replace or refund your purchase (shipping charges if any are non-refundable).

We do not accept returns on used, washed or products not in re-sale condition, or on any final-sale/clearance items.

No returns after 30 days of your delivery date.

We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear or discoloration due to by bleach and cannot claim responsibility for damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers or dry cleaners.

We unfortunately cannot provide free return shipping or free exchange shipping for orders sent to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska.

If you receive a wrong item please does not use the item and notify us within 7 days and we will send out the correct Item. We will issue a prepaid label to return the item.

To initiate an exchange or a return, please send an email to customerservice@latestliving.com including your order number, condition of your item, reason for return and whether you’d like a replacement or refund.
